Installation
Installing Walker Effects is easy and only takes a minute. If you have not done so already, download the latest version of the software from the
download page. After downloading, unzip or unstuff the archive. When complete you should have a folder named 'Walker Effects v2.0'.
If After Effects is running please quit and locate the After Effects application folder on your hard drive. The application folder should be located in the Applications (or Program Files) directory on your main system drive. Inside the After Effects directory, find the 'Plug-ins' folder.
Place the 'Walker Effects v2.0' folder inside the After Effects 'Plug-ins' folder. If you have older versions of Walker Effects, it is alright to leave them installed or you can uninstall them following the direction below.
Once all the files are in place, you can launch After Effects. The new plug-ins will appear in the Effects menu under Walker Effects 2.0.
Authorization or Demo
When any one of the effects are first used, you will be asked to enter an authorization code or choose the demo mode. If you choose demo you can always enter the authorization code later by pressing 'About...' in the Effect Controls Window.
Uninstalling
To remove Walker Effects from your system, simply throw away the Walker Effects folder found in the After Effects Plug-ins directory. If you wish to disable the plug-ins without deleting them, rename the folder enclosed with brackets: '(Walker Effects v2.0)'. This will cause After Effects to ignore the plug-ins while launching.
