An energized, redefined and rapidly growing Digieffects® (www.digieffects.com) announced today it is debuting its streamlined family of VFX plug-ins, Delirium V2, Buena Depth Cue V2 and Damage V2, as well as its newly created library of a la carte plug-ins, in its booth #SL2237L in the Plug-In Pavilion at NAB 2011 in Las Vegas next week.  The Company will also demonstrate for attendees its new native support for Apple FxPlug across its entire product line.  FxPlug is an image processing plug-in architecture that offers unprecedented fast rendering, high color depth and seamless integration with Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Express and Motion.

Digieffects also unveiled at the show details of its extensive partnership with Roxio, a division of Sonic Solutions, in which Digieffects has signed a multilayer strategic agreement with this industry-leading provider of digital entertainment technology. The impact of this partnership exponentially extends Digieffects’ reach beyond professional content creation markets and into consumer, prosumer and enthusiast markets.

The team from Digieffects will be on hand in the Plug-In Pavilion to demonstrate its new family of 64-bit VFX plug-ins, including:

• Delirium V2: Includes 45 effects in 6 categories, such as Natural Forces, Special Effect Elements, Color & Style Filters, Patterns & Distortions, Lighting & Glow Effects, and Compositing Tools;
• Damage V2: Includes 7 effects to artistically degrade footage, including Aged Film, Archive, Blockade, Destabilizer, Interference, Overexpose and Skew;
• Buena Depth Cue V2: Includes 6 3D object manipulation effects for After Effects, such as Atmosphere, Camera Mapper, Falloff Lighting, Flipside, Depth and Rack Focus.

Additionally, Digieffects’ entire library of a la carte offerings will be available for preview in the booth.

The team will also demonstrate how its new support for Apple FxPlug delivers several workflow advantages for Final Cut Pro and Motion users. Some advantages include:

• Faster rendering as FxPlug can utilize the power of the GPU, removing valuable compute cycle burdens from the CPU;
• Integration of other technologies, such as Open GL;
• Integration of other Apple technologies, such as Core Image and Quartz Composer;
