Purchase Policies

Software purchased from Digieffects cannot be returned.  Once you purchase our software, you are emailed download instructions and a serial number.  This is the equivalent to having opened a traditional software package and breaking the seal. 

We provide a free trial version so you can test our software extensively before purchasing it.  You can also call us at any time at 888-DIGI-EFX (344-4339) and talk to a real human being about our software.  We are always available at support@digieffects.com and will respond to any messages to this address promptly.
