How to Import DAMAGE Presets into Final Cut Pro X
by Steven Reeves
Final Cut Pro is a great tool, but if you do find yourself in a pinch and need a creative boost, Angie Taylor has you covered with some great presets for DAMAGE.
Here's a quick step-by-step process on how to import presets into Final Cut Pro X.
1. Download the Digieffects DAMAGE presets from here. The file will be called FCPXPresetFiles.zip.
2. Unzip the folder.
3. Move the "FCPX Preset Files" folder to:
Library \ Application Support \ Final Cut Pro \ Templates \ Effects \ Digieffects Damage
4. Launch Final Cut Pro X and open the "Effects Browser". Click the "Digieffects Damage" tab, scroll down, and enjoy the presets!
Note: At the moment we only have presets available for DAMAGE. We are working on new presets for PHENOMENA, TWEAK and AURA and these will be available shortly.
Please visit the presets page to see sample videos of all Angie's work for DAMAGE. http://www.digieffects.com/blogs/presets
